Positive Change For Our Changing City

Some of The Issues That Drive Me To Serve
A Bit About Me
I fell in love with Chilliwack the moment I first arrived. Together my wife and I decided this would be the place we would raise our family. I have been active in our city since first moving here 14 years ago. Most recently I have owned a business downtown. Been a director of the Downtown Business Improvement Association. I am a proud member and past Director of the Heritage Chilliwack Society. As a former member of the Canadian Armed Forces I am a member of the Army Navy Air Force Veterans unit 305 Chilliwack. I have been happy to volunteer my time and talents to community building events such as: Party in the Park, Fortin's Village Classic Car Show, and Canada Day to name but a few.
Security is paramount to building a community. We must do better at ensuring all of us feel secure within our community.

The city has a part to play in the housing affordability crisis that is gripping us. A part we have yet to play.

The current policy towards proclamations and flag honours must be changed to meet our ever diverse community.

We must work with our partners at Fraser Health to bring meaningful and lasting help to the opiate epidemic.

A city without art is a city without a soul. We must make it easier for artists and groups to apply for arts grants.

Infrastructure upgrades including transit, and cycling along with roads must be planed and completed in a timely manner for our ever growing city

I would be happy to speak with any group or share a coffee with anyone who would like to share their vision of what our city could be as well as hear what I would like see what our city could become.

Feel free to use the form below to share your concerns or visions for our city or to arrange a time to meet with me.
